Dear partners and friends of the Pentecostal Church “EL SHADDAI”,
Thank you for your desire to join our community. Your financial support represents the driving force that allows us to continue our worship activities, social assistance for those in need, and the educational projects we carry out.
For legal entities (companies), Romanian law provides an advantageous fiscal mechanism: sponsorship. By signing a sponsorship contract, you can direct part of the profit tax or income tax owed to the state directly to our church, at no additional cost to your company.
How does it work?
Download the Contract Template: We have made available a contract template drafted in accordance with current legislation (Law 32/1994 and the Fiscal Code).
Fill in Company Details: Enter the identification details of your company and the amount you wish to redirect.
Signing and Payment: The contract is signed in two copies, and the payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN account displayed on the website and in the contract (opened at Raiffeisen Bank).
Tax Deductibility: Your company’s accountant will deduct this amount from the tax owed to the state, within the legal limits, using our tax identification number (C.I.F.) 36754501.
Transparency: Our church is officially registered as a religious organization and is listed in the ANAF Register of entities eligible for deductibility, thus guaranteeing full compliance of your donation.
